So many negative reviews, yet still no improvement of staff or service. Around 9, I go there and before I can even get to the speaker the lady is yelling “CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER” fast talking and being ugly… I only got a burrito and a drink:/ I get to the window and she walks up to the cashier taking my money and I ask for the sauce I said I wanted at the speaker. She said something along the lines of get her her sauce so she can go on. Then i’m missing my guac that I told her I wanted before she told me my total when I wasn’t done. Repeated the order back to me and it still came out wrong. I come back around and she yells “come on around come on around” hand out of the window holding something i didn’t ask for:) I get it, I work fast food as well but that is NO way to treat a person let alone a customer. I waited 20 minutes and they still did not have my order. Meanwhile one male employee was standing up at the counter flirting with two young ladies, and two other employees were in the back of the store just cutting up and laughing. I told him I wanted a refund and they said they could not give me one and I had to go online to request it. They made excuses about being short staffed, but while they were short staffed nobody was working very hard or very fast. I have sent three Online requests for the regional manager to contact me and for a refund of my order, and nothing has happened and I've heard from no one. I gave them the benefit of Covid but this time I saw all the staff sitting in the dining area talking and it took 10 minutes for someone to come to the drive through to complete my order. After being told they didn’t have anything in stock again I completed my order and couldn’t get the total for my order. I got to the window and asked for my total again and got a “do you want sauce or no?” I tasted my sweet tea and it was bad so I asked for another drink and the manager said “well you can pay for another one if you drank out of that” I told them again that the tea had gone bad and I had just had a sip, after arguing for 5 minutes I got a mt dew.
