Prosper Senatobia — Local services in Senatobia

Prosper Senatobia has been anything but professional. I have tried multiple times to set up a tour, but apparently, it's just not happening. Even when I do get someone on the phone (which is rare) during their BUSINESS HOURS to set up an appointment, they never follow through. I always show up on time and the main building is locked with the lights off. If I could just get a tour then I would LOVE to finish filling out my online application. I will even update this review. But it appears that tour will never happen. Unbelievably unprofessional.

OMG!!!!! The new management is so awesome!!!! I usually come in late from work and miss any contact with office personnel. She came out of the office as I was checking my mailbox and introduced herself. She invited me into the office to converse about my day and later we discussed our stay here. I've never been so reassured that management has MY family's BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Our comfort was important. The maintenance was important. Everything was important. Everything is new! Ive been here 2 years now and it’s a great, quiet community. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, so far I’ve had great neighbors and I try to be one as well. The view from my patio is Mesmerizing.The pool and the entertainment areas are always maintained properly. The property manager is professional and timely with all tenants and guess, she’s a person that is concerned and willing to help at all times.
