So I bought a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift and they were seasonal. I made sure to ask if I had gotten the wrong size and there weren’t anymore left after Christmas that I could just return for a refund. That way I could order the correct pair online. The lady told me that was fine. Now that I’m trying to return them after Christmas I am being told about their policy that doesn’t allow any refunds. Only exchanges or store credit. Won’t ever step foot in the store again.

Just to add onto this, I understand the policy that your business has now but at the time of purchase the employee working that day assured me it would be okay to return the items after Christmas for a full refund. This should be honored. Also when I let the lady know my situation when I brought the shoes back, she did not offer to order in what I needed. If she had offered to do that...

My son bought me a pair of shoes there for Christmas but unfortunately they did not fit. I took them back with the receipt to exchange but they did not have my size and I did not like any of the other styles and only needed shoes. They would only allow store credit even with a receipt. She even stated they don’t do anything for Christmas shopping after 7 days so if you plan on shopping there, make sure it’s within 7 days and then you still can only exchange.
