This escape room is amazing! Perfect for, avid escape room goers, first timers, and families looking for a fun way to spend time together. Walking in, you are welcomed and greeted by the smell of coffee and friendly staff. The room itself is so well thought out and immersive that you will feel like you are in Sherlock’s home where there is a twist around each and every corner. My boyfriend and I came last minute when we were looking for something to do and this exceed both our expectations. It was his first time playing an escape room and he had a blast experiencing it. The best part is he is really looking forward to the next escape room we decide to do next. I have done around 17 escape rooms so far now and this is by far the best I have ever experienced.

The room itself is recommended for four- six people but can be experienced with just two. The room is spacious so those who are claustrophobic do not need to worry. Their hints are helpful but not straightforward to still keep you immersed in the story and many puzzles. The owner was very nice and friendly explaining all the details on how the created the room and how everything was sherlock inspired.

They are currently working on their next room which is going to be just as good as their sherlock room. You can tell they love what they do and are happy to make sure that all guests have an amazing time. They even will recommend other escape rooms in the area! I can’t say enough amazing things about this Sherlock Holmes-themed escape room! From the moment I reached out, the owner went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the entire experience was flawless.

The escape room itself was incredibly immersive, with clever puzzles and authentic Victorian-era decor that truly made us feel like we were part of a Holmesian mystery. The challenge was just the right balance of tricky and fun, keeping us engaged the whole time.

But the real magic happened at the end — with the owner’s coordination, the final “clue” led my girlfriend to a "will you marry me" poster. The look of surprise and joy on her face was priceless! It was the most memorable and special moment we could have asked for.

As an escape room enthusiast, I decided to bring my family of 4 to Seneca because of the positive things I had heard about The Escape Quest. I wasn't sure of what to expect, but boy did they deliver an incredible experience! By far the best Sherlock Holmes room I've done and set the bar very high for the first western themed room ive done as well. A well thought out twist in the Wild West will make you turn right around and play thru it again as there are multiple choices in the game. The rooms flow very smoothly with no leaps of logic. Everything makes sense and stays thematic within the world. Along with the original, well thought out puzzles and gameplay, the customer service is beyond excellent.
