As one of Lostcreekwireless first few customers I have had the pleasure of using the service for about 4 months now. I couldn't be happier with my decision to switch services. I spent several years with the not so wonderful Seneca telephone company service. I have had no issues with anything I do with the service from gaming to streaming movies and everything in between. Unlike my years with Seneca service where at times I spent months with awful service and making many calls only to be told it was on my end. To which several month down the road they realized it was them the whole time. Also barely being able to watch movies without them buffering every 5 minutes. Gaming what a joke massive amounts of lag with most games I played online. So when Clayton brought this service to us I was more than happy to bring it in my home. My family is much happier as well. My son can watch his streamed cartoons while we are streaming videos and of course the misses can't go 5 min into a movie without watching videos on her phone. Now to the customer service side of the company whats better than having the ability to deal with the person who runs the company directly. When or if I ever do have an issue I know my questions will be resolved very quickly. Unlike my previous provider where a phone call and then being told it may be next week before someone's out. Above all else if you want a better service at a better price you can't beat Lost Creek Wireless in our area period. Plus my switch has also saved me almost $200 already. Who doesn't like having extra money while getting better services. Google allows me to give 5 stars but I'd actually rate Clayton and his service a nice giant 10. I don’t know if they are throttling service or what but I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with the service they provide. Once they went on vacation and their entire network went down. When I messaged them about it and asked why they went on vacation without employees present to take care of things they responded with “If you can find anyone willing to work, let me know.” An absolutely unprofessional sassy response.
