After placing an order for flowers that were listed as available on the website and the payment fully processing, I was called the morning of "delivery" to let me know that the flowers that I had chosen were not in stock (even though they were listed as available on the website and the payment was taken from my account for said listed flowers) and that I would need to be ok with substitutions otherwise I wouldn't be getting a delivery at all. After receiving the flowers that were supposed to be the replacement went back on the website and realized they sent a much cheaper option than i originally paid for and still kept what I was originally charged (about a 20 dollar difference.) Now, I do hope this is detailed enough for this company to make the necessary changes to do better in the future, however, I will not identify myself as I do not wish for this company to make any amends to me personally. I will not be ordering through them anymore. my only wish is for them to do better with other peoples orders...

My husband buys me flowers frequently. I have had flowers delivered while on various cruises, as well as on trips to Las Vegas, Los Angeles and various locations in Florida.

On my recent visit to the Indigo Sky Casino, my husband sent flowers from the Enchanted Florist. This floral arrangement was hands down the BEST arrangement I have ever received. Beautiful is an understatement to describe the arrangement itself, and the arrangement was even personalized with my favorite candy bars. I simply cannot say how incredible this arrangement was. My husband told me his ordering experience was fantastic as well.

She puts her heart and soul in the work she does! Cares for each and every arrangement. If everyone could see her work behind the scene you would see such passion for the work she does. I have watched her cry over the funeral arrangements she makes. She feels so much for her customers. I have watched her add extras upon extras just to see the joy in people’s faces. She does this for the love definitely not for money. I see this daily! She is my wonderful wife and Im very proud of her and it is a hoy to watch her create all the items for her customers! Love...
