Bought a new 2025 Salem from them in late June 2025. Agreed on price and camper arrived. Did the walk through and went in to sign paper … right before I handed over the check they show me to list of things they saw and need repaired. None of this was told to me or shown on my walk through ZERO! I was immediately on edge and grabbed my check and the list they comprised and walked through again to see the issues. Some minor as expected and some not like awning not closing all the way and so on. I decided to take the camper and fixed most of the minor stuff while there on vacation. That left a bad taste in my mouth that I would soon come to me writing this review. 2 months later here we sit in late August 2025 and we only camped the week we bought camper and it’s been under my shelter at home. The camper has mold!! Leaks at the bedroom window and above the slide!! We noticed a couple imperfection bubbles low under the window near floor thinking it was dust or glue trapped under wallpaper. But as I looked recently they got larger. Since I live 2 hrs from the nearest Forest River Dealer I’ve decided to just repair myself… this is not how I wanted to spend time in my brand new camper!

Update: they sold us a cmper that has a poop pyramid in it. The sink leaks like crazy. Upon other stuff they said worls fine and well empty the tanks before you take it. The camper smells horrible because of all the poop stuck in it. And the xtea warrenty doesnt kick in f9r 30 days after you buy the rv. They dont carry and wont get parts we need to repace the sick lines. Im furious. We also paid caash and didnt even get a discount. Needless to say i would NOT recommend using a&l for anything!!!!

Nice Sales person Tim, knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the deal very patient dealer. Sales manager never called me back I left a message, strike one! The young kid who takes you through your orientation on your new RV was very nice but needs some training, not a good instructor. Strike Two. People very nice hoping the service department is better.
