Holy cow, best / worst decision to stop here!! Chocolate for days. We stopped in here after a day at Dollywood. It was a great experience and there was definitely plenty of sweet treats for everybody to check out. When you first walk in you'll notice that they have cold cooler chocolates, ice cream, and in the back they have the sale and discount chocolates.

The ice cream looked delicious, however, we definitely wanted to get some of the chocolates. We started up front and cruised our way around deciding what we were going to get. We ultimately ended up grabbing a few boxes both for his mom and for my family so that we could give them something on the way back. In the back of the store, where the discount chocolates were, they had the "bloopers", which are just candies that look a little less than perfect but taste just as good as normal.

If you know me, you know I'm a big fanatic of anything that is marshmallow covered in chocolate. For some reason marshmallows and chocolate just go really well together in my head. They had an entire box of the bloopers that were on sale with dark chocolate covered marshmallows I was very excited and grabbed this immediately.

Check out with a little on the slow side as the vast majority of the customers were grabbing ice cream and it took a little bit of time and distracted the employees from being able to get chocolate out of the Cold Case. It wasn't the end of the world and the cashier was very friendly.

We were there today November 11/21.We in the store buying candy in Kodiak Tennessee there was a sign in the back room where they keep chocolate that is about to expire. There was a sign that said 3 lb box of marshmallow or assorted chocolates 11.99 buy one get one free. When we got to the cash register the lady ran up our total and it was 84.00. I asked her before we ever started was this 11.99 buy one get one free she said yes but it ring up 24.95 a box I told her it was not right she look and said you don't have to buy it.I felt bad because there was a lot of people behind us so I told deduct the two 3 pound box on chocolate and I would take a picture of the sign 1199. So my wife went back there and got the sign and brought it up there and showed it to her call the manager the manager said that did not that candy it said all bloopers so be aware of what you are buying their we we stopped there four times a year for the last 25 years. They are still would not honor that price. That's okay because we will never be back or we run a big business and Kentucky and we are going to post a sign inside the building and on...

I can't say how the chocolate tastes from this particular store because we wasn't able to purchase. We waited to be waited on for a good 15 minutes or more. They were busy with people checking out. Two cashier's. We were finally waited on and selected our different fudge. The girl goes to packaging our selections while we are standing at the register to pay. I don't know if she finished packaging what we requested or not but she walks over to the ice cream area and starts giving people different samples of ice cream. So at this point we have now been in this store roughly 30-45 mins and have been waiting for service a good 25 mins or more. I understand being busy but you do not go to another customer in the middle of servicing one. Maybe they need more employees. However we had somewhere to be so we said cancel our order,they didn't even pay attention so we just walked out. The service was absolutely terrible.
