Pretty neat establishment. During the lunch rush (11am-1pm) they can be pretty busy, so expect a short wait on your order, but only by a couple minutes.

Best times to get the freshest food is as follows: -Grilled chicken and chicken strips, immediately as they open. -Burgers are served best from opening to noon. -Runza sandwiches, around 11am and anytime AFTER lunch rush (after 1pm) -Fries are made to order, and should be of good quality throughout the day, or best during lunch rush (if you've had bad experiences in the past with under cooked fries, try asking for "well done" or "extra crispy" fries)

The only personal complain I have is that some of the employees can get a little loud, shouting out order numbers, especially if they're falling behind on orders, or during the evenings when there's not much going on and they're just talking among each other.

Other than that, this is not a bad place to take children, the atmosphere is usually calm and relaxing, and the food is not precooked - it's made to order.

Food was excellent as always! However we were missing multiple items from our to go order. After handing food out in the car. We realized we were missing mulitiple items! Instead of believing me the kid at the counter insisted I go get all our food and bring it in to verify that we didnt get everything! I refused as my kids had already been given their food. After him insisting multiple times and refusing to get the missing Items. He said he will go get the manager! I told him why would I come back in to get missing items! We were eventually given the missing items. I have had items missing from plenty of restaurants and never ha e they told me to pretty much prove it! We were traveling and Not from here.
