Lackluster customer service. One girl was very helpful and nice. She called me back a few days later to let me know a phone was back in stock I inquired about. I went to get today, completely wasted my time. I let the girl know that the girl the prior day had put away a phone for me to pick up. Right away, her reply was, "I'm a different girl.." in my mind I nearly snapped because she was clearly feeling herself a bit too much. I let it go and still decided to be polite just knowing how this new generation of young girls spoke. She found the phone with the note attached, went into the computer, went to the back and came back out in 5 minutes. Told me she couldn't sell the phone and that it was locked. It was so nonchalant how she said it. No above and beyond type attitude. Someone else actually made an effort just to be ran over by the next. There was no, "We'll get it worked out and call you back", but rather, "So, are you going to go to a different metro or something?". I just left. Read moreI wish 0 stars was an option. Employee failed to mention charges for changing my plan. Told me my security answers were incorrect (they werent). When i confronted the employee about it, she was very rude. Tried getting me to downgrade my plan...just to reupgrade it next month. So she more or less tried to make me pay the fee twice because she wasnt happy that i confronted her about her dishonesty. Called customer service afterwards for help. The lady i spoke with on the phone gave me the same run around and refused to help me even though she admitted it was wrong for their employee to hide information from customers. Well, i informed customer service i would be taking my negative experience and posting a review on google and the Better Business Bureau....to which she had no response. Figures.
