My family called over the phone and set an appointment when we walked in they were polite and organized. I can’t speak for the rest of my family but when it was my turn I chose my ring size for my nose and everything was fine but then.. the lady (I believe was the wife) made the hole and the ring was threw my nose but as soon as the piercing procedure was about to be done the ring popped out. At this point I was in a lot of pain and it happens I understand that part. The issue was the length of the ring my nose was “thicker then normal” so a little time goes by now the other artist is helping me now he had to re punch the hole to try to get the ring threw they could not use the same style ring that I wanted so they had to use a hoop ring which is fine too but the ring that was put on was super huge and looked horrible. Before putting the bigger ring size in my nose they had all met in the back (which was about 8 minutes) I believe to speak about what to do about the nose ring.

When I sat back down next to my wife she was clearly upset there was a key ring hanging from my nose and the guy at the front desk said “you need to fix your face” and that he doesn’t usually say that stuff to people but that she needed to. That was very rude and not acceptable i understand he was trying to make light of the situation but not the time or the correct thing to say. At the end of the day they gave me a smaller hoop ring to replace this one when it heals which I already went ahead and switch it with the help of my family who knows what they are doing and all have plenty of piercings. He did not charge me for the piercing which is much appreciated after all that pain. To finish up I think the guy ( which I believe is the husband) is definitely more experienced in piercings but thats my opinion, I appreciate him helping and getting it right and...

I’m a Massachusetts resident visiting my mom in the area. It was a spur of the moment idea for my friend and I to get a tattoo and it was not a regrettable decision! From the moment I called to check if walk-ins were available or if I needed to make an appointment all the way up until the second I left, I was given a wonderful, friendly, professional and welcoming experience. The shop is very well maintained, clean and inviting(with candles burning) for an added calming touch! I mean what a perfect kind of setting to get a tattoo, right?!! Not to mention their talented work! I personally got to work with the male artist Nick, but Brittany(who my friend worked with) is also just as wonderful! I came in with like 5 different pictures from the internet and wanted a little bit from each. Nick saw my vision, designed and drew up a beautiful piece. I was extremely excited! This was not my first time getting a tattoo so I have encountered many different artists and techniques. Although I cannot sit here in all honesty and say the sensation was of a tickle but in all my experiences it was definitely one of the least painful. Totally smooth sailing all throughout and truly quick too, especially for the amount of detail and colors that went into my piece. We talked the whole time, 3 1/2 hours, and it felt like 1! He did an absolute amazing job and I could not have been happier! Both Nick and Brittany have wonderful, laid back personalities, which also helps make the overall experience pleasant! Would recommend to anyone(even told folks back in Mass, as I got a lot of compliments) 10/10. I’ve been getting tattooed by Nick and Britt since they first started out and watching the growth they continue to show with the shop, their techniques, their outreach to the community, etc has been absolutely astounding. I’ve also been getting tattooed by Logan since he started and he is so attentive to everything he gets taught/sees/researches. I have yet to get tatted by Jen and Dutch but seeing their work is enough for me to know that this shop is the best in counties that surround us. They are all kind souls that like to do cool shit and this will be the ONLY shop I frequent until the end of time. I cannot wait to see the growth and the expansion in shops, and knowledge they all hold in their own specialties. I am always down to getting whatever they have up for grabs and having been itching to tattoo it as well as getting some pieces I’ve thought about but letting them make their own interpretation.
