Horrible customer service, unless Jean is working 😀 purchased gold heart ring with initial engraved, the ring it self was pretty but it was not circular and cracked month later. They did repair on it at no cost but came back with small crack at top and cracked again month later in new spot. I'm not giving them no more money, I'll drive the extra miles and go else where to have it fixed very upset...

I had a ring taken up 4 sizes. The ring is 18k white gold. They told me they put the same white gold in it when they took it up 4 sizes. I just found out they only used 14k white gold. Not 18k! I'm livid. They charged me $30 a size to take it up because it was going to be 18k. I was scammed! They...

I brought a sentimental necklace to shueys to have it fixed. They did a wonderful job fixing it. I would highly recommend this jewlery store. They take the time to explain in detail. They Are friendly and respectful. Shop local' let's keep small businesses running. Thank you...
