Verilife Dispensary — Local services in Shamokin

I rarely go here for many reasons, but when I do, it’s nice when Natalie is working. I’ve only left maybe 2-3 reviews on here. It’s sad that I have to go else-where because some of the workers at this place truly seem to hate their jobs and you can tell, because of how they treat others. Natalie went above and beyond. She always does! She even mentioned to me about my points, which sometimes I forget I even have any, since there’s no way to check.. I was so grateful for that. She helped me save money, when most of the others could care less and just want you in and out. I’m on a fixed Income, so when I can save a couple bucks, it really helps me out. Natalie is very kind, and she is very bubbly, she makes you smile without even trying, even when she’s having a bad day, she’s still kind to the customers. AND, she always looks out for you, which is really nice because that’s the impression the employees should be giving. It’s not just about them, but it’s about the patients and getting the patient what they need, and making sure that they’re taking care of and satisfied. If there’s a percentage off, she brings everything to your attention, where some of the other employees at these places, won’t even let you know that there’s a certain percentage off and that you could save more money. It’s pretty irritating, but Natalie is pretty awesome! Thank you, Natalie for always going above and beyond every time I go there, for helping me save a few bucks so that I can live. Ok so I usually use a cookie cutter style review process where one size fits all but this time I think I'm going to write a legitimate review because this place really deserves it. There is another dispensary that is literally about 5 minutes away from my house and I never go to it. I would rather drive 45 minutes out of my way every time just go to Veri-life because the service there is that much better. They really care, the people behind the counters love what they do and they do everything in their power to save you as much money as possible every single time. There is always something on sale. The associates are not only helpful but they are kind too. They make me feel welcome and they welcome my kitty smudge in to the store any time. They have actually started keeping treats behind the counter for her so she has something to look forward to when she gets there just like i do. I recently got my medical card and had to go to the dispensary for the first time. I went to a different local dispensary and was treated like a bother. Staff there was rude, and there were all sorts of unspoken rules I was just expected to know. It made me very uncomfortable. I saw the reviews for Verilife in Shamokin and how good they were so I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! Right away, simply gaining access to the waiting room was easier than my first experience. I said it was my first time there and the receptionist was very sweet and explained things to me. The cashiers were friendly with everyone I could see, much nicer than the abandoned Hollister vibes the other place had. I've been there twice now and both times I've been helped by Callie.
