First of all lemme just say I was Loyal customer for 2 to 3 years. I mean I went every 2-3 weeks, I always tip the technicians and I always got along with everyone who worked there.. So out of no where they stop taking my Walk in attempts And they would never take the time to offer me an appointment or tell me if I waited hour to they would be able to see Me then. I made over 5 or 6 visits in an attempt to get my nails done and each time they told me they were to busy. By the 7th time, no exaggeration they still never helped me. I even played myself today by walking in and again they were to busy to take me when I walked in, didnt offer me a wait time or appointment. It is beyond ridiculous on how UNLOYAL THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I used to refer my family and friends to them all the time. I PROMISE you that you will never see them or...

If I could give a zero, I would. I sat in there for over two and a half hours with a friend. My friend was getting a gel manicure so she was seen before me, and I needed a fill. They took my friend while I was still sitting there for an hour. When they finally told me to grab a seat, the guy didn't come out for another 15 minutes. By then, the two women who were doing nails took two people in their chairs... two people who had came in AFTER me. By then I was fed up and just left with my friend... who was all finished with her manicure. Ridiculous!!!!!!!! Never go there if you want good customer service and timely...

The problem is they overbook. For two nail technicians booking each client 2 hours apart will not be suitable from a customer service aspect. Especially, if you also have walk-ins. The technicians are skilled at what they do, great customer service. But, if you are a person working the graveyard shift with a busy schedule. You become frustrated. I spent roughly 4 hrs here. I’m a firm believe appointments should be honored. Moved from Jersey I was with Hollywood nails for 20 years. To much of a commute. I’m still in search of salon. I believe in second chances....
