About 10 years ago, I hurt my lower back and could not move without excruciating pain! After a few days, I was able to move enough to get in the car and go to my first Chiropractor. I was tentative, because of the negative things I had heard about the Chiropractic profession. Thatâs when I first met Dr Bryan Schuetz. In pain, I limped into his office. As memory serves, after he adjusted me, I walked out of his office! So much for the naysayersâŚ..I now had my own first hand proof of the positive effects of chiropractic treatment. I continued to feel better with subsequent visits. Then, late in 2016, I had a relapse, in the same area I was hurt before. The medical doctor I had been seeing at OSU took another assignment and I met with a new medical doctor. She wanted to treat me with medication, but I told her I did not like the side-effects of medicine, so I would not take it. She dropped me as her patient, on the spot, and told me never to come back! Crazy! I needed a new doctor and was led to revisit Dr Bryan. Luckily, he was still practicing. And what a blessing it is to be able to come in during his office hours, without a scheduled appointment! Again, in excruciating pain, I limped into his office, and he welcomed me back. He took an x-ray and then adjusted me. I left, still in a lot of pain. He told me to give it a few days. After a few days, I was feeling better and returned for future adjustments. I began feeling continuously better with subsequent visits. Unfortunately, I then had another relapse in October 2017 while doing a yoga pose. I could not get to his office on Friday before they closed. But, because Dr Bryan really does care about his patients, he offered to meet me the next day, Saturday - on off hours - to adjust me. He is very professional and always willing to listen to any concerns you may have. He has a very positive and upbeat personality. Donât let his size intimidate you. Heâs a big guy, but he can be very gentle. I would not hesitate to trust him with my own child. His staff is also very friendly and welcoming. And, as an added bonus, there is always some fresh fruit available, free, at the checkout counter. I highly recommend...
Read moreI have a chronic health condition (Ehlerâs-Danlos Syndrome) which requires constant care from multiple modalities. I see some of the best specialists for my condition from facilities like The Ohio State University, Cleveland Clinic, Indiana University, Mayo Clinic, etc. Due to the complexity of my challenges I have seen several western physicians, chiropractors, and holistic practitioners over the years. This is the first review I have ever written because I have received the most outstanding level of care from Dr Bryan and his staff. His staff is so kind and professional, and have always been genuinely sincere about their devotion to the patientsâ health. My issues with hyper-mobility require very precise adjustments which I get every single time! Dr Bryan is so compassionate and empathetic that you can just feel his love for people when you walk in the room! He listens to all of your complaints and takes his time. He is very intentional with his approach to healing, and will not stop trying to help you until you are better. With such a wide array of symptoms I often donât feel heard when I see providers. This is not the case with Capital City Chiropractic. They treat you like you are their family and work so hard to accommodate all your needs to accomplish the highest level of health for you. If you are looking for a chiropractor thatâs caring, compassionate, and committed to helping you improve your quality of life, you need to go see Dr Bryan...
Read moreI've been going to Capital City Chiropractic for many years now. I have scoliosis (which results in pain in my back, hips and knees). With chiropractic care from Capital City Chiropractic, I'm much more mobile than I would be otherwise; and I would never think of going anywhere else.
First, the staff is really great - nice people who are fun to talk to, and can answer all my questions. If they don't know an answer, they will find it then and there.
The office environment is nice too - they use ambient music and aromatherapy to provide a calming atmosphere.
Dr. Bryan is really special, and is the main reason I'm loyal to Capital City Chiropractic. He's interested in my overall well-being, as well as the problems I have with my back, hips and knees. He gives me guidance on how to care for my bones and muscles, and is always encouraging when I make improvements. And our conversations are always interesting - you never know...
