Worst location ever. Always gets orders wrong, always out of donuts even when they first open, never polite. I try to greet happily and am kind, I’ve been in the service industry for many years and I know how tough it can be, but they are condescending and rude. You also never know what the customer is going through, one lady yelled at me when I called ahead and picked up a dozen donuts for work because it was close to closing time. She told me she was going to throw them away if I was late. I was losing a pet that evening and wanted to let her lay in the sun a little longer, so I hadn’t made the pick up time earlier. Once I called ahead to order 3 dozen donuts for work the next day and was asked to make an extra trip to drive out to the store and prepay because they didn’t want me to not show, which I said no I would not be making an extra trip, and confirmed the pickup time. I showed up the next day exactly on time and the mouth breather said she hadn’t created the order because I hadn’t driven in the day before to pay. I said I would wait, as she did have the donuts ready, and she silently handed me the order several minutes later and shut the window wordlessly. When you tell staff orders are wrong, they blink at you or get angry. Once I ordered a single hashbrown and they handed me a bare hash brown, no wrapper, sitting in a puddle of grease at the bottom of a paper bag. Why do I keep going back? Good question. It’s only a few minutes from my apartment and it’s like a carnival game, I never know what I’m going to get. Comically bad? They don’t care even slightly about what they are doing,...
Read moreThis is the most poorly managed restaurant I've ever seen. They never have enough of anything to serve from their menu. 95% of the time, as soon as you start ordering through the drive-thru, a loud, rude woman starts yelling into the speaker that they're out of everything you just tried to order. If all you want is donuts and coffee, you're good, but heaven forbid you want a breakfast sandwich. They are almost always out of one or more ingredients to make them. This is a simple problem with a simple solution... to the management, you aren't ordering enough food to feed the traffic coming into your store. Your supplies should never run out. There should never be a paying customer turned away because you don't have stock of what they want to order. If you offer it on your menu, you should always have enough. Telling a customer you're out of something is an embarrassing admission of your poor management skills. You also should think about who you hire and allow to run your drive-thru. If someone is loud and rude, they probably aren't the best candidate to have access to customers. Bottom line... this is the worst run Tim Hortons in Columbus. I won't be back until your management issues are fixed. I live down the street, but give my business to the Bethel Rd store since they know how to run a proper restaurant and they always have the things I want to order in stock. Maybe the owner should shadow that owner to see how to run his/her business better. I don't know how you're still...
Read moreSame Tim Hortons I usually go to, but today crossed the line finally with me. Waited in line for 20 mins for a single cup of coffee, have to wait to order once I got up to the ordering board and then finally when I get up to the window, the person on the register waits forever as I have my card out handing it, then finally takes it. Then hands me a hot coffee with the lid looking like its on but is not, so I get it in my truck to set down and the lid pops off and goes all over my truck so I turn back to the window and the person that handed me it already has his back turned and is just standing there, so I have to knock on the window and ask for napkins, again getting it slowly and at this point I am so frustrated, I hand whatever is left of the coffee back to him after receiving the napkins (had to knock on the window yet again) and after explaining to him I don't need the coffee anymore I drove off. I was thinking they would do the right thing and return my money, but they didn't, I then tried calling them to get my money back and nobody would answer. Used to be good, but I will never be back to this location again. Absolutely terrible experience, stay away.
Update: I have went back recently and it seems staffing has improved. Updating rating to 3 stars instead...
