I would NOT recommend this place to anyone as it is not managed well. I had booked 10 girl reservations for my daughter's birthday. When we got there, the front person asked if we had the parents there with the 1 parent - 3 kids ratio. I responded with yes. She responded that she needs to speak with the owner as apparently parents need reservations too!
The policy for the place is 1 parent - 3 kids ratio in the room. It was not mentioned which room?!!! It was implied in the cat room. We were there for the 1st time. We had enough parents to accompany the girls in the cat room. Then, we found out that there must be a reservation for the adult as well. Each parent must have a reservation. This was not mentioned anywhere in the policy!!! It did not state anywhere that the accompanied must make a reservation as well. There were no more reservations left until 6pm.
Their concern was in regards to the girls might scared the cats or the girls might get hurt from the cats. Or if they start running around in the cat room. Our girls are well behaved and respectful. The parents were there so accompanied. Why is it necessary that they need a reservation? If the concern was people or cats getting hurt, why does the place not have a waiver for anyone to go in the cat room?
After 50 mins of discussion with the owners and trying to find a solution, they came up with a solution to split 2 the girls into 2 groups 30 mins each. Even though I paid for 1 hr for 10 girls. And get this? With $50 more! At this point, I just wanted my daughter to have a good birthday party with her friends. I said I'll pay for it. Here is the 2nd kicker: Then the owner says only 8 girls can go in. ONLY 8 girls! How was this a resolution when there are 2 girls that still can't get in? This is after 50 mins of conversation!!! What kind of customer service is this?
With all this discussion, some of the parents assisted with helping in finding a solution. After discussion and sacrifices, some girls and parents decided to leave. As a result, 3 girls and parents decided to leave to help so the birthday girl can have fun with her friends. How is this acceptable to the owner? How is this customer service? The owner didn't even feel bad. The funny part is I had emailed the owner a week prior to let them know that there are 10 girls coming for a birthday party. Why did the owner not advise me that the parents must make a reservation as well? If the policy is this strict, then just allow kids restrictions with an adult reservations only?
This is extremely terrible service! As a host, we felt horrible that 3 girls were not able to have a fun experience with the birthday girl. When we were in the cat room, the staff even thanked us for how well behaved the girls were. We have responsible and respectful girls and if we had a girl that needed to be accompanied, we would have definitely been cautious about this. Again if this was a concern, then have waivers!!!!
We will never be coming back ever again! I can say the same feelings go with all the parents that were there. We will share this in the community about this incident. Also, the drinks were super sweet. Bubbles were hard. The bubble drinks were not even good! I would recommend getting bubble tea at a better place and going to a humane society...

I made reservations online (for 7/6 at 4:30), for myself, including my 7 year old, very excited, granddaughter. I filled out the form and added her as a minor. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize that by filling out the form, as an adult, and putting NA where it requested the name of a SECOND adult, didn’t mean or indicate 2 people would be attending the 30 minute reservation.
Upon arrival, I was met by 2 front counter people who were beyond RUDE, ARROGANT and very CONDESCENDING!! I was informed that since I “didn’t have a reservation” we were not allowed to partake in our 30 min session. All the while this one front desk clerk was waving his arms emphasizing this and talking to me as if I was a 2 year old (mind you, I am 60). I explained I accepted that I apparently misunderstood their online sign up and I would pay! I also stated that I was visiting from out of state and how excited my granddaughter was (it was supposed to be a special bonding time for us). I was told I could reschedule OR get back half my money since “it was the day of”. I told them to keep my money, and they did!!
I was further informed that only 14 people could be in the Kitty room at a time. I informed these same 2 people that I did a count and including the staff, there were only 11 people in the room. I offered again to pay and even sit on the bench inside of the Kitty area just so my granddaughter could have fun. One front counter person, again in a very condescending and arrogant tone, told me that “paying people had reservations and they had to hold their spots for them”. And because my granddaughter “was not 13 she couldn’t go in alone”.
My daughter in law dropped us off for our reservation and my very sad and disappointed granddaughter and I had no choice but to hangout until she was able to pick us back up. My granddaughter looked in the window from inside and outside of the cafe just to see the kitties as we waited. For TWENTY of our 30 mins we waited, not ONE additional person with “reservations” showed up. It was as if I was being punished for not filling out the online form to their satisfaction.
This establishment obviously does not want repeat customers- there was no apology, just matter of fact arrogance!! No “I’m sorry, our policy states, blah blah, but since there are only 11 people in the Kitty area, we could offer you time in there until they show up for their time slot”!! Had that been the case, my granddaughter would have been able to participate in 20 of her 30 mins reservation!!
If this place of business treats their customers in the way I was and other people have been (yes, I read all your reviews and this is NoT the first time this behavior has happened), it makes me wonder how well these kitties are being treated behind closed doors. Shame on you Kitty Bubble...
Read moreThis is not a place for young kids. Overall it is a great place. You must have reservations. It is a unique set up and I’ve never seen anything like it. The bubble tea was great.
Don’t bring young kids. Kids will be kids and this is not a place for them. They will want to jump in play and they will get excited. I would highly suggest kids over the age of 10 that will not run around and get excited and sit without moving. The problem is the cats are running around and the kids could jump on them or step on them and the kids will want to play with the cat toys. Cats will be cats and kids will be kids. There is a strict three warning policy and if your kid gets out of line 3 times they will be kicked out. I’m sure that’s in place for a reason. Kids will want to play jump around and pet the cats, but I could see how kids could easily excite the cats and it just not end well. This is a great place but I made the mistake of bringing kids and you can do yourself a favor by not doing that. See review by Bryn that mentions similar issues with kids. It talks about the owner being snippy with a three year old girl. After thinking about it I had a similar situation, but I think the rules are trying to protect the cats from getting stepped on by kids and protect the kids from getting bit from excited cats. Overall, I think it could be better if there were age requirements to avoid this whole situation. It is impossible for young kids not to be excited around cats. When I say excited, I don’t mean running around and trying to scare the cats and screaming, gentle, bouncing up and down because you are happy to see a cat is all it takes. I think a 16+ requirement would be great. I still think it’s a great place and they are doing great for strays, which is why I face 5 stars, but you’ll be very disappointed if you bring a kid...
