CVS — Local services in Sharon Township

Don't bother scheduling an appointment in the minute clinic here. After filling out all the documents on there website and reserving a 630 appointment for a flu vaccine it was never fulfilled. Although they sent me a text confirmation and asked me to sit in the waiting area to be called this never occured.. i even waited a half hour passed my scheduled time in all 3 areas of the waiting room minute clinic and I was never acknowledged nor again was my name ever called. When attempting to talk to a minute clinic representative they either shut the door or took another patient with what I'm assuming another schduled time. At least have the decency and courtesy to say something to me... like anything especially after you've seen me sitting in the waiting for a prolonged period of time. Try your luck elsewhere and don't waste your time or money at...

I was not given a prescription and noticed it was missing when I looked in my bag after I got home. I called them and was on hold for so long that I rolled up to the drive thru and was waited on before they answered the phone. I was on hold for 14 minutes!! They fixed their mess up and didn’t offer any apology for the mix up or not answering the phone. I was just handing my meds through the window with no words at all. I know they are understaffed. The whole world is understaffed right now including my job! People need their meds or they wouldn’t be getting them there!!! The phone should be answered even if you have to go put them back on hold! This review is for the pharmacy, which should have its own rating. It’s close to home, so a positive. The minute clinic is excellent. Regarding the pharmacy, if you rely on timely prescriptions this location can’t be trusted. Multiple times they had promise dates for a family member’s prescription and did not deliver. Had to go elsewhere. Unfortunately I hoped it was specific to that script and kept my business here. However, they did the same again for another family member. In this case, promised on Oct 31 by pharmacist to be filled on Nov 1. Then told on Nov 2 it was back ordered and would be in Monday (the 4th).
