I had to attend physical therapy a number of times so I could even be prepared to go to gym. While going to get a mani/pedi, I noticed Rise Fitness. I went in and spoke to him about my myriad health issues and injuries. He assured me that he could work with me to get stronger and not aggravate my injuries. For the one on one sessions Colin took the time to learn my goals and then designed programs to help me achieve them. When training with Colin he always clearly explains the point of each exercise and then carefully observes to make sure they are done properly.
