Debbie is unprofessional. One of the rudest people I’ve met in the medical industry. She was yelling and giving attitude to every patient in the waiting room. Maybe it was just a bad day, but from other reviews this seems to be a consistent thing. Not only did she greet me by rolling her eyes and yelling my address out, I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen by her. While I was getting my blood drawn she apologized and so I thought “maybe she’s just had a busy day.” And then I had to provide a urine test which I was unaware of as I’d never gotten my blood drawn. I had just used the restroom prior so I wasn’t able to give a proper test. I was going to ask her if I could come back after lunch as I knew there wasn’t enough and instead she came barging out of the room past three other patients screaming and waving my urine sample in my face saying, “ This is not enough! You cannot give me this much! You have to come back later after lunch because I’m about to close!” And her and the other patients just laughed in my face as I was leaving. I was going to talk to her calmly about it but she was having a bad day and needed someone else to feel humiliated other than herself. Debbie is gentle and knows her business very well... I am a difficult and challenging stick... she's right in, no fuss, no pain and done so quickly! There's always some self righteous "better than" who thinks they are owed some sort of preferential treatment by others, who show up... daily ... and with Whom she gets the privilege to 'serve' but dispite their rude and ill treatment of her, she's still polite and kind, gets them taken care of and moves on to providing consistent outstanding personable customer service to every client who walks in. She's also transparent with her schedule at the time of your visit .. which is at many times back to back to back... she's a one woman show and handles it in a very regimented manner...

#1 I'm not sure what her name is , but she runs that lab on her own 6 day's a week. I've been twice once with appointment and once without , but she pre warned me she'd have to squeeze me in . It did take an hour , but she is there alone. She got me in and was very polite and professional. The second time I had an appointment and I got in within 5 min of arriving , again she was sweet and professional. You don't feel a thing . I will never go anywhere else and I couldn't imagine her yelling at people in the waiting room , but if you say so.
