Save A Lot — Local services in Shawnee

I will never go back to this store and I hope nobody ever has my experience here. I have two small children and save a lot is the most affordable place to go for food. I filled my basket like normal, then went to the regester like normal. Then the lady at check out was ringing me up. I used my calculator mind you but somehow I still went a little over so I had to put a couple of things back. Then the lady accidentally pushed cash and gave me a replcipt. I told the lady I never swiped my food stamp card and she called her manager to correct the situation, the manager then informed me that I would have to go to the back of the line and get ringed up all over again. I walked out without my groceries, I could have taken the recipt and took the groceries and still had more stamps for next time, but I was trying to do the right thing, then this manager who has zero customer service decides that I have to get in the back of the line. I will never go here again unless someone fixes this. I will be calling corporate and anyone else who I have to to...

This is a very bad store. There's a cashier there that's blonde and dosent mind being ignorant or insulting whenever she wants to be and also accused me of stealing a drink they dont sell. The girl that I spoke to on the phone to report her when I left wasn't any better than she was if not worse. There is also a man there who doesn't mind putting all of your items in one bag even thought it will break. I don't respect any of the employees here and obviously there isn't a manager that's correcting the problem. Their staff is very rude and they don't respect anyone and obviously don't appreciate their jobs...

I'm not shopping at Save-A-Lot anymore. Particularly the one on Independence and Harrison in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The last straw was buying their 5 for 5. The hamburger patties and corn dogs were old, rotten tasting, and just nasty-gross. Quite often recently I have bought stuff there that is expired or on the last day of its expiration date. Didn't notice it was expired until I got at home which p*ed me off, as I didn't know I had to be on the constant lookout for their food being expired or spoiled. Never shopping at Save-A-Lot again.
