I gave this place a one star. They used to be descent. I got my washer/dryer set and my TV from them. I had a bed and a chair from them. Yes I will admit I was late on my payment a week. They would stand at my door for 30 mins knocking and I had a sign on my door telling them I was out of state dealing with personal problems and that I would contact them when I got back. I know they was at my house cause I had people watching my house and texting me and telling me everything. Then they decided to go up to my work place which I wasn't there I was someplace else (one of my co-workers told me they came up there). After that they didn't show up for 2 days. By this time I was so furious that I wanted them to come and get their items. A delivery driver which looked like her was 12 showed up at my door. I told him to come in to get their items and when I proceeded to tell him why he got rude, started bad mouthing me and my oldest kid. I proceeded to tell him to go and get his items and get off my property and he refused saying he felt unsafe. So for him to get the items he wanted law enforcement there. While waiting for law enforcement he called 2 other men that worked for the company. Law enforcement arrived and they tried to say I stole the items and threatened him. I didn't know that telling him to go get his items and get off my property was a threat and was considered stealing. When the other men showed up (don't know who they was) but we had no issues with them. They was more professional than he was. To me he should not be working with the public with a attitude like that I know I will never do business with them again. I suggest you better make sure y'all make y'all payment the day it's due no matter what you got going on or if your even on your death bed because they don't care and will do whatever it takes apparently to get their money or their items. It sad when a bank takes longer to repo a vehicle but they start banging on your front door for 30 mins or longer, get rude and bad mouth you for a couple of pieces of furniture. Ridiculous. My mother got me a phone from there for Christmas and that night the back was coming off!!. I didn't have a case so I put a little super glue on the sides but didn't get to were it would mess up the phone. It was a Samsung s8 but when it powers off it said a7 how does that make sense and when I went to order a phone case online they didn't fit because there was already a Samsung s8 and my phone wasn't it. And sense I didnt havea case on the phone when I went to get out of the truck to go get food my phone fell out and shatters the back so we go to rent a center to get it fixed and they said it would be 2 days and we could pick it up Monday. We gave them the phone dec 27th and we still haven't got the phone because when we went there a couple of days ago they said the phone wasn't ready so Mom wasn't going to pay it. Where do I start 🙄 at first they were very kind and willing to help us find the product we wanted we got a set of couches a TV and a stand from them, I had been in the reserves and was going active duty and had to move to Texas, I’ve been here for 8 months now and the last 2-3 months me and my wife have been fighting with them to get our account switched over to Texas so we can send the couches back due to us getting some from a friend, they have lied about multiple things saying that the store in Texas refused to accept our transfer which the Texas store has said that they never called them. They told us they couldn’t make the switch unless we paid $200+ dollars once we did they still never did it.
