I am so upset. They don’t even deserve one star. My husband is in the military and wanted to surprise me with flowers. Well they were never delivered. He is in Georgia and unable to be here with me. My husband was super upset on the phone with me unable to get in contact to figure out what the heck was going on. He spent 123 dollars on flowers that failed to be delivered!!!! After I showed up at the shop on the phone with him they said I “wasn’t at work so they weren’t delivered” which is false. I was there up till the time he gave them to deliver. Then they offered me to take my flowers OR a refund. After deciding they didn’t deserve ANY of my money let alone half I took a full refund for my husband! I don’t understand how the only thing offered was me taking my flowers or a refund. Is there no delivery fee?! I’m SO DONE. my heart hurts for my poor husband just wanting to be there for me on this day. Thanks for nothing...

For many years, I used Shawnee Floral and was very satisfied with their service -- I live out of town and had many special occasion flowers sent to a relative who lived in the area. One Xmas, however, I ordered a special candle centerpiece for a friend. I was not informed when placing the order that there would be a significant lapse in time between when I ordered the flowers and when they would be delivered. The recipient received the flowers almost a full week after I ordered them, and she was leaving that same day to go out of town. When I called the shop to express my dissatisfaction another female (not Phyllis) answered the phone and was incredibly belligerent with me and was anything but customer friendly, choosing to attack me verbally rather than try to understand my point of view. I ordered flowers on Saturday for my cousin in OK while I live in Colorado. I didn't realize there were Covid hours so SF&G called to let me know and asked if it would be okay if they could deliver the flowers next week. Since my cousin is an ER nurse in a different town than Shawnee, I didn't know her schedule but I could try to find out. They said it wouldn't be a problem to get them out that day. Little did Jill know that my family is going through the hardest season and their flexibility and kindness towards my family outshined even the GORGEOUS bouquet that was sent.
