I went through the drive thru, placed order 2- # 2’s with everything add jalapeños on both. TOTs n onion rings , route 44 dr. Pepper n route 44 Coke Zero. She repeats order back but replaces onion rings with fries so I correct her TWICE! N ask her to repeat my order back to me! ( because they get it wrong more often than not!) I get my total pull up pay! $22.10! I get my drinks make sure they are punched to know what is what. She comes back a few minutes later and hands me a bag n I say thank you. I check my bag n burgers are on top ( unusual) so I lift one up n I have fries n tots so I wave at the window to get attention n tell her ( different girl) I ordered onion rings n tots and told her I said it twice at the order menu, I hear a guy say he’ll have to pay for them if he wants them! Then I’m asked if I have my receipt and I explain I wasn’t given one so she turns n pulls it off the receipt machine and says you ordered fries I explain again I didn’t n I repeated it twice at the order speaker!! I am told again I have to pay for them if I want them! I said I didn’t order fries I ordered onion rings and you want me to pay for your mistake!? Now I’m usually very nice but enough is enough! I have my mask on , hers is halfway off her face! So still no receipt so I call n get William and he informed me he was the manager so I asked what the girls name was and described her he couldn’t pin point her so then asked if I was calling in a complaint n I said yes but not to you nothing will be done! He then very quickly through out a girls name ( not a good manager he should have said I can’t give a name). But he did Makia.! No apology no nothing! I will not be back I will drive the extra mile to another location! Friends and family have told me not to go to this location! Well now I have learned my lesson!! Read moreIt's pricy. Food is rarely fresh, which sucks because most of it is fried so if it's been sitting a while, it gets hard. Be sure to ask for anything like napkins, plastic ware, or anything like that in the drive thru, they seem to just put the food in and that's it. As far as service, I've had nice people, but mostly people that just acted like they were trying to hurry and get me out, and were not friendly, or willing to listen to my requests. You get the window shut on you. If I say I want extra salsa, don't say, "I put some in there" and when I drive away, there's nothing in the bag. Just put some in there anyway. update months later Wow. I sat at the speaker in the drive thru for 3 minutes before being greeted. She took my order and said "hold on"...10 minutes later someone comes out the back door and says "can you pull forward, she doesn't know what she's doing in there" I pull forward and she repeats my order wrong so I correct her, but she goes ahead and swipes my card for almost double the amount. I can hear someone in the back say "No no that's not right you're gonna have to redo it" so she spends another 10 mins refunding me. Then gives my card back. I keep it out bc obviously she will still need it to swipe for the correct price which she figured out after another 5 mins. Then after waiting at the window for however long I am told to pull forward to wait for my food. Had to wait even longer. The food wasn't even fresh! Why wait if it wasn't being made fresh?! And guess what. I didn't get a receipt so that I could call and complain with the info. Never ever going back. I threw half of it away and had to call my boss and tell her I'd be late coming back bc I was on...
Read moreLiterally the worst sonic I have ever been to. Don’t use a stall. You have been warned. The first time I went to this sonic I waited in a stall for 30 minutes with my button pressed with no response. So I left. This time. I waited yet another 30 minutes in a stall (which already had the light active when I pulled in so god knows how long the people before me waited) just to have my order completely messed up. I literally had to yell at the stall for them to be able to hear me, and after 5 times of saying “ketchup only” on a burger I ended up with no mustard and no pickles. But it still had lettuce, tomato, mayo. So. I pressed the button yet again so that I could get my order corrected. This time I had to wait a full HOUR and still no response. During this period I saw a good 20 people leave angrily because they were in the same situation. I finally got in the drive through line which took another 20 minutes. Finally got to the window and spoke to a manager. She really didn’t have an explanation for the chaos. It seemed the only people getting helped were drive thru customers. After this whole dibacle I did get my burger corrected. But the manager did not remedy the situation in any way. No complimentary drink or we’re sorry coupon for the horrible service. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. Seriously drive a mile down to the one on Harrison....
