I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the service I received during my visit to your store on the evening of 9/21/25 at approximately 8:30pm My experience was so unsatisfactory that I feel it is necessary to bring it to your attention. Upon entering, I was met with an unhelpful and unprofessional staff member who seemed more interested in their phone than in assisting me. When I asked a simple question about a product, my inquiries were met with a condescending tone and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The employee sighed and rolled their eyes when I attempted to ask a follow-up question. Throughout my visit, I was repeatedly pressured to leave. I was first told that the store was closing in "20 minutes," and then a few minutes later, informed it was closing in "10 minutes," which was both confusing and unprofessional. This rush to close culminated in me being told you were "closing for the night now" as I was leaving. This behavior made me feel unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. The most frustrating part of the experience, however, was being intentionally misled. I had come to your store specifically for a product that an employee rudely informed me was no longer in stock and would not be reordered. As I was about to check out, I noticed the exact product I was looking for was indeed on your shelves. This deceptive and dishonest behavior is unacceptable. During my first visit a week prior, there was a misunderstanding between the employee working and myself. As I previously stated, I was never going to go back. I ended up writing a negative review. The following day the owner reached out to me and apologized for the situation, He asked me to go back to the store and speak to the manager, Anthony, as the owner was out of town.
A week later I stopped by to meet Anthony and the lady I met from the first visit. Anthony is awesome. The new employee is great (my apologies. I forgot her name. Mary, perhaps?) Anthony was glad that I came back and he showed me around the store while we had a conversation. He is extremely nice and helpful. As a good faith gesture, Anthony offered me some products to try out even though I wasn’t expecting anything.
This store is in great hands with Anthony and Mary. They also have a huge selection in a huge store with a nice layout. Their hours are great too. This should be everyone’s go to one stop smoke and vape shop in Sheboygan.

Read moreI have been to this shop several times. The very first time I was double charged on my cc. I returned and discussed with the owner. He did rectify it. I understand things happen so I’ve returned but try to pay with cash. The other day I went in and was treated very rudely by the older gal who works there. I made my purchase and was going over receipt and then putting my change back into my wallet. She very rudely tells me to move aside so she could help the person behind me. There is very little room on the counter to move over. It would have only taken me another 20 seconds to finish putting my cash away. I own a couple of businesses and this is not how you treat your customers! Not sure if she was just having a bad day but you don’t take it out on customers. They lost a customer as I will not return! I’ve never been treated this poorly at the vape shop across the street or any other vape store for that matter.
