Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Sheboygan

Im a regular Im not a karen but I had to wait for 7 minutes when I was the only person in the driveway at the moment and today was awful service the manager was not there today clearly and they had more than 7 members on staff and they were all messing around and with there head set and alll of them were looking at me like they knew what they were doing idk if they were o but they are being really slow and the person there at the window they were getting all scrambled because they had four cars after me and I had to wait forever because they were all messing around because of one drink this is bullcrap they need a scolding from the manager to do better training with their co workers because it shouldn't take 7 minutes to take a matcha...

Horrible experience. I just went to the North side one in Sheboygan and I was there specifically looking for a cup or mug for a Christmas gift and I was looking around trying to choose one, and as I stopped to look at my Starbucks phone app a short guy with darker hair from the staff told me in a rude tone "what are you waiting on? You've been standing there for a min, what are you waiting on?" I told him "I'm trying to choose a cup. Why?" Then he just had a weird attitude like I was in his way and just wanted me to leave already. I absolutely love the spacious area to park around this Starbucks and the wide space around the drive through. Only reason for a 4 star rating is because my iced black tea lemonade tasted like dirt flavored water and I am still in disbelief because this is the only drink I can order that is always made right.
