I have not written a review about any business in years, but I wanted to give a shout out to this wonderful boutique. I live outside of Atlanta- a city full of incredible bridal stores, yet because our daughter lives in Kentucky we determined that the Louisville area would be the best place to visit bridal stores. "I Do" was on the list- recommended by a dear friend of ours who is from Shelbyville. I wasn't sure what to expect. During our visit, we were the only ones in the shop. Jenna gave full attention to our daughter, listened and brought out dresses that she thought would be good options. K was also able to choose dresses that she liked. Once Jenna saw the direction and style, she was able to help us narrow down the options to find PERFECT choice for our daughter. The dress was less than what we had seen at other stores, which was a pleasant surprise! Later in the process, we were privileged to work alongside Susan (one of the owners). During the fitting (when I couldn't be there) and even beyond, Susan and Jenna showed graciousness and kindness. In my opinion, they went above and beyond what any other store would have done for our daughter and our family. There are far too many details to type here to share how they cared for K during this process. But suffice it to say, if I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you Susan and Jenna for making wedding dress shopping, fitting, and beyond more than we could have imagined. We are...

As I arrived on the sale day ( 99-499 that was info described on their website) I saw the dress on the 499 rack I asked the blond lady with short hair and she said : " aren't you lucky huh it's only 499! As I was trying the dress on the fitting room another sales lady screams my name saying ( the dress dress it's now 800 dollars. As I came out I asked the other lady why she said that was 499 then? She said it was placed there by mistake ( when my fiancé overheard then whispering about overprice it for me since I really wanted. A friend went over there and was told that all the dress including the one I liked was 499. I...
Read moreThey worked me in on a Saturday. Susan and her staff were a blessing. These women are not just sales people, they care and they are so thoughtful and kind. The dresses were more beautiful than ones I had seen other places and her shop was ADORABLE. Filled with love and beauty. I was not a bride that expected to have cry session between my daughter, mom, friends and myself. Well it's the next morning and I'm still crying. Everything was perfect. Susan, thank you for journaling and not giving up. You are a miracle and you are right where God wants you. When I look back on the story of our love and all that God has done, my experience at "I Do" will be such a sweet part of the story of our special day. Thank you Susan...
