Store smelled awful when I walked in, kind of like when somebody over does their cologne to cover up their Musk.. The guy that greeted me was very rude and acted like I did not belong in their store. I had just got off work so I was a little dirty looking but I feel like he maybe thought I was a bum, I was looking to get a few different Furniture items for my apartment the guy insisted that it would be out of my price range. It definitely was after his remarks. when he finally told me how much I was going to pay all together I felt like he jacked the price up just because of my appearance.... Unfriendly workers , very unfair prices and I do not recommend buying anything from the store. I used this company for YEARS!!! In fact my family did as well. They put me on a weekly contract when I asked for monthly. Long story short they took my grill back while I was working and then had the nerve to ask for payment and they’d redeliver the SAME grill. The front desk Julie Portman text me on her personal line to keep me occupied while they took it. I’ve been best friends with one of the GM’s for years and the moment he went on vacay they did this. UNNECESSARY and unacceptable. I’ll def spread the word of how you guys do business. My bill was ready to be paid and they took the merchandise anyways. Never even asked me just bullied me. Never again. I would recommend any other rental company in shelbyville. Stay away from Julie Portman. Shame on you and Albert....

Went a few weeks ago with a news paper add for a washer and dryer listed at 29.99 a month. I show it to the lady at the desk and she tells me that is it weekly, not monthly, said it was a typo and would not honor it. She took my name and number saying she would keep an eye out for a washer and dryer set and call me when she finds something for me, I haven't heard anything back from her.

I found the customer service to be pretty bad here, if you send out an ad with a price listed whether it is a typo or not, you should be required to honor it or at least make an offer or discount to be close to that price.

I am curious as to if they told everyone no or just me and honored that...
