Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Shelbyville

If I had a choice I wouldn't even give them 1 star I usually go to the Franklin store which I went yesterday trying to get things straightened out with my bill the man in the Franklin store speaks 0 English which makes things very difficult to get things fixed so he had to call the manager at this store the manager there talked to us very aggressively to my husband telling him he "needs to come see him" and the way he said it you could tell what he meant I stopped him right there as a manager he is VERY unprofessional and disappointingly enough my bill still hasn't been fixed I've drove to your store in Franklin 4 times. Went to the store on East st they couldn't help. So I went back to Franklin yesterday and your Shelbyville store manager threatened my husband I would like your corporate number so I can talk to someone higher up it's absolutely ridiculous your place of business has a manager that talks to people in such an unprofessional way when we told him that we were to the point we wanted to cancel the service he said in a mocking tone "oh well we can do that too" as he was laughing. Once again I would like to be provided the corporate number because obviously nothing is going to be done through the store very unfortunate we have had a very good experience with metro so far but the representation you guys have at the Franklin and Shelbyville store need some revamping because right now you can't get anything done in Franklin because although he is very nice he can only do payments. This place used to be under great management and the workers were very courteous and knowledgeable.

Now they are middle eastern or Hispanic and don't speak much if any English. The owner is very rude and barely knows anything about his own business. He always smells and looks drunk.

Go in with a simple problem and they want to sell you a brand new phone. Why would I buy a phone from someone who can't even look at my phone?
