Without going into the long drawn out details I will say I will NEVER give this place my business again. They were unorganized, rude, and no one knew what was happening. I was told that my card declined even though I had just checked the balance and had more than enough to cover the cost. I went and spent the same amount somewhere else with the same card they said declined. I was told by them that I had a delivery. What an awesome place! I order flowers for my love every two weeks. I've spread my orders around all of Shelbyville, but lately they have all gone to Raindrops N Roses, because of their amazing arrangements and their over the top service. Here's an example; I was late ordering one week, and the flowers were hand delivered just because they could be. I told them next day was fine but they said they'd get them there even though their delivery driver had finished for the day. Wow! Customer service and quality products still exist and this...

Our daughter is having her 21st birthday today, 3/23/21. A surprise of flowers delivered to her work was one of our goals. Found Raindrops and Roses in a purely random way. The staff was wonderful and they even went out of their way to get the candy my daughter really likes so that it could be attached to the arrangement. Color choice and a Boyd's bunny bear and a 21st birthday balloon completed the arrangement. Designed , delivered all within a same day 2 hour block. Thanks for her great memories.
