Crosstown Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Shelbyville

The traditional, bone-in chicken wings are great here! 10 wings for $6.95

I tried the Hot, Hot BBQ, BBQ, Hot Honey Garlic, and their own special super-hot Crosstown Creeper Sauce. The Hot BBQ was my favorite. I did not try plain or mild, as I like the heat!

Finally a place in Shelbyville to give BW3's a run for their money.

Tuesday's is wing night, only 50 cents each, but you have to order at least 1 drink to get the 50 cents price, which I thought was very odd, especially if you are ordering carry out, and already have drinks at home. The soft drinks cost $2.25 here, so $0.50 x 10 wings + drink = $7.25 So I guess its like only paying 30 cents for a drink. I hate stipulations like this.

But any day/ night of the week, these wings are great. I eat wings anytime I find them, and these are top notch in my book.

The bar and grill is nice looking on the inside, well kept, clean, organized, has dart boards, pool table, dance floor, special motorcycle parking by the front door, and a nice friendly staff. It seems to keep fairly busy during the week nights and the parking lot is usually full on the weekends.

Nice bar with great wings (the fries with cheese and chili are good too), good prices, friendly staff, all around winner here in Shelbyville....

We were hungry and wanted a good salad. OMG! The chef salad was amazing. They put everything on the salad, turkey, ham, 2 or 3 kinds of cheeses, boiled egg, and more! Warning...it's a big salad and very filling! Word to the wise,...don't pour your salad dressing over the whole salad cause you will probably have about half of your salad that you will want to take home for later. I sure couldn't eat it all in one sitting. The dressing flavor was very good too. Don't know where they order their dressings from, but it is so tasty. Make sure you are hungry when u go for the chef...

My wife and I walked into this place and the cigarette smoke knocked you over. It reeked of smoke like no other place I've been to. I told my wife I had to use the restroom badly. Walked inside the men's restroom and the smoke again was overwhelming along with standing water from the overflowing toilet. I turned around and walked out and told my wife this is the nastiest place I've been to. She agreed that it was disgusting and nasty. And to think we were going to eat here and that they actually made food. BOH needs to look into...
