I have used Robert's Appliance Service several times over the last 7 to 10 years now. I am always very satisfied with their service. Their prices are reasonable and the technician is always very courteous. I use the term reasonable because it's a relative term. Someone else might not think the way I do. I would give this company zero stars if i could! $249 is NOT cheap, and ghosting your clients is NOT...

They can't fix things properly and don't respect the service warranty , instead demand extra charges for not able to detect and fix at the first time. They boast about their monopoly in the area and force customers to their way. They refuse to fix things that falls under their service warranty without extra money and ask customers to look for other mechanics if anyone likes to claim warranty. This type of unethical practices will not garner them...
