This was my first time seeing Bobbi, and let me tell you—I’m so glad I gave her a chance! I’ll admit I was nervous at first because I’m super picky when it comes to my hair, but Bobbi put me at ease right away with her warm, friendly energy and clear expertise.

I went in for a spiral perm, and the results are absolutely amazing. The curls are everything I hoped for—full of bounce, perfectly defined, and exactly the look I wanted. Bobbi took the time to really listen to what I wanted, explained everything as she went, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process.

I walked out of the salon feeling confident, beautiful, and so happy with my hair. It’s not easy to find a stylist you trust on the first visit, but Bobbi nailed it. She’s truly talented, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Terrible service. I have been trying to get my appointment scheduled for about a month and she has kept pushing my dates out to the least conventional days for me. Only for her to stop texting me for a week and tell me Monday (TODAY) would be a good day. During these discussions half of my questions were not answered and she told me my appointment was 12:15. Bobby is absolutely excellent when it comes to hair and color! It’s taken me 7 years to find a stylist like her! She definitely earned a family of customers!
