Crossroads Travel Plaza — Local services in Sheldon

Brought my truck in to repair a tire that had a puncture in it. While this isn't exactly the worse case scenario to need vehicle service, it can certainly put a damper on vacation plans. Brought it in to the crossroads coop service center, and they did a phenomenal job compared to a even well known specialty tire facility where we live. They fixed the bad tire, unmounted the spare, mounted the original fixed tire, and put the spare back up under the truck for me. And made sure the pressure was correct. The "specialty tire facility" I mentioned earlier where we live won't put spares back in the spare holding compartment or drop down, and they don't even check air pressure. So with that, thank you, Cenex Crossroads Service Center for going above and beyond, all for a very fair and reasonable cost. Exceeded expectations!! I would like to say it’s clean; I believe it’s because of the light grey interior, you don’t see the dust. I believe if people actually did something other than play on phones and actually mopped floors and dusted shelves at least that part would be better. Jimmy John’s is a way overpriced ham and cheese sandwich with (provolone only), so I am told. If you have any major fleet fueling card you are sol. Go to kwik trip~ such a shame. First time I ever been here impressed very super friendly and polite staff. I don’t know if it’s a normal thing but they’re letting me use the washer and dryer. They use for the own towels and stuff like that. The friendliness is the next level stuff. I told the lady that she didn’t have to take the towels out of the washer and she insisted and we went back-and-forth probably four or five times and finally I let her take the towels out super Duper friendly and polite people ,super clean in the store.
