My wife and I order online for pickup frequently. We both like the ability in the app to customize our sandwiches. It would be nice if the sandwich actually came to us as ordered. The food tastes great and have never had a quality concern on that end, but in the last 5 orders, we have yet to have a correct order. Pretty disappointing when you're already paying a minimum of $9 a sandwich. Love Jimmy John's as a whole, but frustrated with this location.
Edit: order again last week. Yet again, our order was incorrect vs our online order. The one sub which was to have no mayo, no onions, and add kickin ranch. When the sub is received had mayo, onions and no kickin ranch... pretty frustrating to consistently have the same issue when custom...

Placed an order for pickup this afternoon and waited in my car for confirmation that it was ready, which I’ve never had an issue doing with at a JJ before, waited 20 minutes and never got confirmation. I could see the employees messing around inside so I went in to see if it was ready and had to wait for two employees to finish a conversation before we were even acknowledged and asked for my order which was ready and I could tell it had been ready for a while as my sandwiches had grown soggy. Items were wrong or missing from my order so I had to go back in to get those switched too. Overall just the worst experience...

My daughter wanted a small sandwich and I asked if they had the kids menu and she snapped at me when I asked then when I asked about certain sandwiches she got an attitude about that as well I do believe that she is a manager in there I'm not 100% sure. But she needs to treat the customers better and stop acting like everyone has been there thousand times.
