Minuteman Press — Local services in Shelton

I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the final output of my art piece with Minuteman press in Shelton. I worked with Corrie mostly who was kind, patient & really thought out of box to achieve the results I was looking for. The whole team touched my project so kudos to you all!

A little background is necessary: I was printing an oversized photograph. Printing the photograph at that size even without a frame was difficult at a photography studio as there are size limitations. Framing the piece would be extremely expensive and a direction I didn’t want to go in. I really wanted it 50” x 50” to make it look beautiful on my wall.

Corrie and I brainstormed what we can do but she was the professional in the printing industry and I was not so I counted on her guidance. We came up with gator board in the size that I desired and I looked online for a frame that was inexpensive to put together for the final product.

It looks amazing in my dining room and I’m so proud of it. What was especially wonderful beyond the end result is how Corrie handled my level of detail & perhaps perfectionism:). I’m the type of person that I know what I want and I try to get it as such.

The photographer who shot the image who is on the other side of the globe, being a perfectionist himself was happy with the end results.

It’s a gorgeous piece and I wouldn’t be surprised if it increased in value someday.

I drove to the Shelton Minuteman Press this morning after I (of course) happened to run out of ink while trying to print something at my home office for a client meeting in the area. I ran in and needed immediate service at 9am and the employee there was so helpful! He took my USB and got it done within 10 minutes and even put it on thicker higher quality paper for me! This establishment is very clean and organized too! Very professional. This place truly saved me this morning! Their mottos/sayings on the wall are absolutely true. They pride themselves on being courteous. I will absolutely be back to have them do other printing and advertisement for...
