Nice people, but I had a repair done just a few days before I moved out of town. They charged me a very high amount just to tell me my “drivers needed to be updated”. Took it back home and had the exact same power issue. I took it to another repair place in Laramie where they actually identified the problem (faulty power supply) and I’m currently having the issue resolved. I wish that Just Computers took my issue more seriously and did a thorough job. I even told them that I felt it was a power issue and they didn’t seem to investigate. I've been using Just Computers for over 10 years. Their staff is amazing! Every issue I bring them gets resolved and I pay less there than anywhere. The one time I had to bring my computer back for something small they stopped what they were doing and fixed it right there at the counter and didn't charge me for it. I was having problems with my desktop computer after 5pm. Other stores were closed, so I gave these guys a call. They were very helpful over the phone and even more helpful once I brought my computer to their store. They quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and walked me through the solution. They are clearly well educated and experienced in the subject matter. They also had very reasonable prices on the products they have for sale. Above and beyond the call of duty.
