Los Tacos — Restaurant in Sheridan

During our recent dinner at Los Tacos in Sheridan, WY, I was blown away by both the food and the exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and valued. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to make my experience enjoyable.

The food was absolutely delicious—every bite was bursting with authentic flavors. I tried the carne asada tacos,Birria Tacos..Burritos..Fajitas and they were perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fresh, homemade tortillas and generous portions were an added bonus. The churros for dessert were the perfect sweet ending to an incredible meal.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. It’s clear that the team at Los Tacos takes pride in what they do. I can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food...

Very rarely has this establishment opened on time as posted operating hours are. I will never return here because one cannot depend on whether or not they are open. I had a visit one day and had to pound on the window to get earnies attention and remind him it’s 11:15 am and the stated hours are 11:00 am. Pissed off the owner was there and apologized and provided a free lunch for the inconvenience. I want again to find at c 11:18 am the door was locked. I pounded on the window and earny just laughed at me and said that’s how it is. Your manager earny has no concept on operating a restaurant and lacks good customer skills. We tried the restaurant after hearing so many raves about it. We were sorely disappointed. This is some of the worst Mexican food I have ever tasted. The enchilada combo was inedible. The rice was mushy with zero flavor, the beans had a weird gritty consistency with no flavor, the enchilada was made with a flour tortilla and the meat had a very weird flavor. Almost like cinnamon? It went in the garbage after one bite of each. The asada nachos were at least edible, but nothing to write home about covered in fake, processed, canned nacho cheese.
