Had very bad experience there went with my last $10 to get a vape because i was broke a young after failing to direct me on the pricing finally said she had som for ten but there no refunds... I bought it figured if it didn't work right than and there she would honor good etiquette and honor my exchange i wrong she refused to refund or exchange a product she knew to be disfunctional.. i could understand if i left and came back but i never even left the prperty.. update I'm finding out it is the weekend worker that is the issue.. today I go in to buy my vape juice and she tried charging double what I usually pay when I said something I got a major attitude there e juice cost $13 a bottle not $26 she obviously was trying to over...

Anyone who tries to say they aren't the best and fair is just spreading misinformation. I have had only perfect experiences and great customer service there. They tell you there are no refunds on vapes which is why they allow you to try it in front of them that way if a vape is defective they will exactly exchange it right away. If you leave and come back saying a vape is defective they won't exchange it I don't know any place that would how do retailers know it was defective out of the box and it didn't get messed up due to customer errors.
