Game Stop app has a current trade offer of $20 less for any new or pre-order game with trade-in of select game. Super Mario Odyssey was listed. Was told by store associate Michael that just means any games on that the list is guaranteed to be at least worth $20 in trade. The fact is, all the games on that list are worth a trade-in value of $20 or more! Also, nowhere does the fine print affirm what he told me. This is either a case of false advertising or an inept store associate. The trade-for Mario at the time was $29.00. Mario was on the list of games that included the $20 less towards a new game. I was trading for a new game. Simple math would be $29 trade + $20 less the new game price = $49.00. Again, either deceptive advertising or a misinformed sales associate. So Ashley one of the two rude workers there just grabs whatever box she could and rang up the wrong box a different version of the Headset for $30 BUT WITH NO ADAPTER piece in it. then i go back in the store about 2min later (i opened the headset it in my car outside). the i go back trying to be nice about the situation and just said hey i think there was a miss understanding. Explaining that there was no adapter piece like the display box said there was. she replied that "those kind of headsets didnt come with the adapter piece anymore" even though the display box clearly said it did on the box. Then the other worker Jeff was giving me attitude like he didn't want to help me like i was a waste of his time even though i was the only customer in the store at this point! he took the headset box away from me, looked at it and said "I don't think we have another headset in your piece range $30". This all spawns from me calling asking when I can pick up a pre-order, I was told Thursday at 12 was the soonest. I adjusted my schedule to make it there when I arrived I asked for my pre-orders.
