My husband and I listed with Jason and Amber Gardner in June of of 2017. We chose The Gardner Team due to their extensive knowledge of real estate market in the Sherwood, OR, area and surrounding rural properties as well. Because our price point on our home was one million plus, we wanted to ensure that we were able to maximize our selling potential with a broker we were going to do business with. From the outset, Jason and Amber were very professional, hard-working, and ensured our process went as smoothly as possible. We knew that selling a rural luxury property was not going to be quick, but Jason and Amber were there every step of the way. We were planning on just relocating to within Sherwood's city limits, and when we accepted an offer on our home, we still had not found another home yet that met our needs, as we were downsizing and moving back into the city. Amber spent time calling all of her contacts and found a home that was getting ready to hit the market the following week. She and Jason were able to work with the seller's realtor and we were allowed to see the residence prior to it hitting the market and we made an offer immediately after viewing the home, which was accepted. Our level of stress immediately dissipated knowing that we had a another home to move into within the community we wanted to stay in. I can't say enough good things about The Gardner Team. I’ve known the Gardner family personally for years, having taught their children and worked on several philanthropy projects with them in the community. I’ve known them to be the “I’ll give you the shirt off my back” kind of people ever since the moment I met them. They are constantly doing for others, and doing so in innovative ways. I have to mention again that all of this incredible service was provided during a pandemic, during the very dark days of the pandemic (Nov-Jan), but it couldn’t have been smoother.

My experience with the Gardner Team was something you cannot put into words in a review . A tough time in my life , at 60 going through a divorce and never had purchased a home on my own. Married over 32 years my ex had always done all financial aspects.I had lived in my current home for over 20 yrs. Raised my kids , all that. Now I need a home for myself, a place to start over . Big ,but not too big. Kinda out in the country, but close to shopping , good coffee , safe and maybe kids in the neighborhood hood .
