9-13-2022 0 stars if possible ! This is the second worst starbucks iv ever been to! I travel from the west coast to the east coast regularly and stop at many starbucks.. I stopped in here around noon there was 2 girls working, I had placed a mobile order online , first of all they made the drink wrong , mixing it with lemonade instead of water , so I let them know and the girl said she was sorry and walked away and started taking other customers orders instead of fixing her mistake so I asked the other girl, she was the Asian girl or of some sort of oriental background, if she could help me because I was in a hurry , that's the whole point of a mobile order to get your food and get out ! I had tried to get her attention severl times and she ignored me ,then finally she said she would make the drink , I watched her pour the juice in the cup for the strawberry refresher and then added the water , I told her while she was making the drink that I paid extra for extra strawberries so don't forget, she didn't say ok or anything back , she got done adding the water, didn't even mix the drink ,she just put a lid on it and handed it to me ! Then I noticed she gave me the wrong size on top of everything else , I told them to keep the dam thing and hopefully they could get there act together. The black girl who originally made my drink wrong seemed friendly but she just did not handle customer service the correct way after she made the mistake... the other girl, 'Asian Japanese or whatever nationality she was , she was very rude! She didn't give a dam to even mix the drink , ignored me when I was speaking to her , Iif she was my employee she would do 100 % better or she would find herself looking for anouther job! It's terrible as a customer that we pay for food and service and end up dealing with employees that don't give a dam.. this could have all been avoided if the girl had of originally just got the order right! Pay more attention to what your doing! And again someone really needs to address the situation with the other girl that was so rude. I know she could hear me , she was standing right in front of me, she tried her best to ignore me .. TO THE OWNER!I know you probably think some customers over exaggerate but trust me you have a very rude employee .. the look on your employees face said it all! And she showed it with her actions! And to be honest with you after seeing how she made my drink not even caring to mix it, you could tell she was annoyed by me just wanting what.i paid for! As of posting this review I waa reading the other reviews and looks like you have a problem with your employees or mabe the other reviews this girl made there drinks to , I don't know , something needs to be done though.. Read moreI recently visited this Starbucks. After waiting for about 5 minutes (with three people ahead), the baristas finally acknowledge the line and start taking orders. After getting to the front to order, I was told they were out of the cold brew I wanted. I changed it to a Venti cold brew with an espresso shot and sf vanilla and also ordered my daughter a venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. So when my order is called , I get a grande iced coffee no sf vanilla. I told the barista that I ordered sf vanilla but didn’t get any. I didn’t even bother mentioning it was the wrong size. She stared at me like “and…”. I asked if she could add it to my drink. She squirts some in a cup and handed it to me. After waiting about 10 more minutes, my daughters mocha cookie crumble is finally called. It was not made at all like the other stores make it. It looked like a Java Chip with cookie on top? Read moreShreveport customer service in small businesses is really at its worst. First of all, workers at this coffee shop should not be called baristas. They pretty much just pour coffee in a cup. Ordered 1 iced caramel macchiato grande and a hot latte TO GO! They made it in cups as if for there. The girl got the attitude when I said it’s to go. She angrily and clearly not happy made them again but gave me two hot coffees. I told her I ordered an ICED CARAMEL MACCHIATO. She got an even worse attitude and said it would be more expensive and that if I wanted it I would have to pay . I would have paid the higher price when I ordered but the one that took my order just took it wrong or miscommunicated with her coworker. They started arguing in front of me and just when I was ready to leave with the order even though it wasn’t what I wanted, they offered to redo my iced coffee.
