My husband has been deployed for the past few months and sending money via western union. I have been going to Super 1 Foods to pick up the money he sends. The past few months I've never had an issue with picking up the amount of money he sends, once a month. Last week I went to this Super 1 Foods and they stated they were no longer going to give me the money my husband sends.
The young woman at the counter was pretty rude and seemed bothered that I was still standing at the counter asking why they were no longer going to process my transactions. She walked away. An older woman came over and tried to figure out what was going on but gave me the same information. I called Western Union and spoke with a rep who stated my money was good and did not understand why they were not processing my transaction. He spoke with the women at the counter and than with me again and said it was the store who had an issue with my money and to try again at a different Western Union location.
I do this transaction once a month and think if it was an issue before the amount that was being sent over there should have been something said to me or the store could've found some way to help my situation. I give this store 1 star because customer service sucked and because as long as my money is good there should be no issue with...

Products rarely change or vary wildly in price (save for seasonal or limited items) and the staff is friendly. In all honesty the things that I don't like are management because it seems, as a customer and also close in proximity to past workers for lengthy periods, that general and asst. Mgmt doesn't have the ability to help their employees the way I feel they want to. The "this is a business first and family second" kinda shines in the lack of acknowledgement and decency given to the people who keep the doors open and the coolers cleaned. Also personally I can't stand the yellow and green. Whether a decade past due to touch up or fresh. Someone should been fired for that suggestion haha. But three stars for the lack trust in Mgmt and gratitude in employees labor. Change it...
