I ordered and payed for a Whataburger meal,2 apple pies, and an extra Whataburger at the Sheeveport location. The order taker took my credit card inside and held on to it for about 10 minutes before I was able to retrieve it. Since I have had prior identity theft issues, I am leary of having my card out of site. So, my credit card reports my charges electronically, I discovered shortly after leaving that I had been charged for an additional meal.And the meal I had was short the fries. I called Credit card company and cancelled the bogus charge,then called whataburger to notify them of this problem. They took my statement but did not seem to concerned. I had to cancel my card to insure no more identity theft or charges which cost me wasted time to take care of this.Although I like Whataburger or what it used to be,I will never use a card at a Whataburger again and will never go to a Shrevepot,LA whataburger. Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars. We typically love Whataburger however our two experiences here have been HORRIBLE. The first time it took thrity minutes to get through the drive through while employees were standing around chatting. The second time we were going through the drive through and no one was at the first window, we continued to pull forward to the second window but before we got the second window an employee stepped out the side door and repeated our order to us and took our payment. It took awhile to get our card back and but we eventually did and then we received our food and left. The next day our credit card company alerted us someone had used our card fraudulently multiple times after we left Whataburger over the next 24 hours around Shreveport (we are from East Texas and had returned home), yet we had not used that card once since then. Read moreFLIES FLIES FLIES FLIES EVERYWHERE How is that I order in the app come inside the store and have to wait 35 minutes even while waiting those 35 minutes I asked how long would my order take the lady at the register said she doesn't know. I say can you go look. She walks comes back and doesn't say anything . So now she goes on break and manager on duty is on the register and has an attitude when I asked about my food then tells me that they DON'T have the items to make the taquito. Then walks off . Never asked to see receipts I had to say to here look and show her. I hate everything about everyone up there at that store. This the 2nd time I'VE went inside the store to get my food and had to wait 30-45 for one item. I hope whoever owns this store or franchise fires every single one of those people.
