Subway — Restaurant in Shreveport

The lady whom prepared my two 6 inch sandwiches on march 7, 2021 at 6:47pm was so rude to me that I felt racially picked on & insulted after leaving tonight. I've never felt like that in my life ordering food before from any restaurant. I'm not sure if she was overwhelmed or just miserable?! I made it a good respectful point to express my feelings on what she did to me after I paid. If you're going to pin point pick on someone for not wearing a mask, make sure ya ask them why before you go off on them.. and plz direct it to the entire subway and not just me! Do NOT insult them or be-little them or talk under your mask about them while preparing their sub.. out of 5 customers 2 were wearing a mask!!! That's it.. mind you I was the only one who was white in the entire subway. Thanks for picking on me lady, you need a different career.

I felt like I was wrong for buying food from here the customer service so poor to where I hated I bought the food ,the worker showed no interest in making my food or being at work period ,barely interacted and really didn’t care about my food ,I mean if you don’t want to work nights and ready to go home around 9:25 and y’all close at 10 baby don’t come to work cause who want a dead spirit making they food and top of that be so nonchalant I felt bad buying my food cuz the service was so poor food already high who tf want bad service with paying for a high meal,I need corporate...

A very pleasant lunch break. I came in for a 6 inch veggie sandwich and I felt so welcome. We’ve recently had a storm and the city is stressed out but all the employees were so patient and nice. At some point the manager came through and you can tell the healthy relationship with staff. My food was good and the young lady who made my sandwich and checked me out was helpful. I even over heard her making suggestions to other customers as they checked out. Good service is hard to come by and this store exceeded...
