I had a horrible customer service experience today. On Christmas Eve I saw a set of shelves and was told by a floor associate that it was $99.99. I went back this morning and the manager of the store said she did not know the price. Another employee came back and said she wanted to charge me $199.99 but he talked her down to $129.99. Hesitantly I purchased it despite it being $30 more than I was previously told. I later returned it because honestly I just felt like I was taken advantage of as a consumer. The manager then wanted to speak to me about my return and quite frankly her pricing story kept changing. She said she had priced it based on other pieces and what she THOUGHT it sold for. Which apparently changed from $199 to 139.99 to $129.99. At the end of the day it is what it is...I just expected consistency amongst store employees about the price of products. Had I never been told it was $99 from the start and then told the manager had to be talked down from $199 to $129 and just given a consistent single price i Would have been content in making a decision. Instead I’m just let down at the entire operation at this particular home goods which is just very disappointing...

The manager with short dark hair is Not nice at all, we were in early today and happen to see a mark on an area rug we wanted the first person who helped us said 10% off so we came back and said we wanted to purchase it and said they were giving us 10% so the manager says no it’s up to 10% so I said no that what we wer told . Bottom line she was nasty then we wanted to purchase a pillow and they ticketed the pillow wrong and it wasn’t $69.99 it was $100 so for there mistake they still where making me pay $100 for something they made a mistake on. Horrible staff and beware of credit card scam! Would give 0 stars if I could. Cashier advised at checkout we apply for their store credit card because we’d be able to save on our purchase (purchasing a couch and area rug). Immediately after finishing the application the cashier then told us we actually couldn’t use the savings on today’s purchase. Complete scam. Will never shop at this store again, should not have given them our business. Terrible way to treat...
