Ron and Nita's — Local services in Sidney

Went into this establishment to browse around the store and check it out. First we went in the door and was questioned about what we were looking for, no hi or welcome to Ron and Nita's. We made it perfectly clear that we were just browsing. Second, not 1 minute later someone asked us what we were looking for, and again said that we were just looking thank you. So to get them from hounding us, my husband asked about some boots, she then told us where we could find them. As we went into the room with the boots, 2 other sales people asked us what we were looking for. OMG....PLEASE JUST LET ME BROWSE THE STORE AND IF I HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, I WILL ASK!!!!! I ordered a pair of boots and specifically stated that I did not want steel toe. They measured my feet twice and still ordered the wrong size and the wrong type. When I called about returning them, I was told I couldn’t return or exchange them, even though the mistake wasn’t mine. The phone conversation got heated and I was hung up on.
