Due to this AT&T I am in one giant ordeal. We went in and purchased 2 phones both over a $1000 each and upon getting my receipt I found out that the girl had given the incorrect amount of memory for 1 of the phones despite us repeatedly telling her the amount of memory we wanted, and because of that, I was charged $200 more for 1 of the phones. At that point I was exhausted and I just said whatever and paid it and left. Upon getting home I received an unknown charge from AT&T for an extra $100 (I had already paid $209 for both phones) Due to it being an unknown charge I did not authorize it. As it turns out, I was double charged by AT&T, unknowingly, this is their process and they put a hold of the 1st amount of what you pay at the store. This was not explained to me.. Now one phone has been shipped and the other 1 is still on hold, and I can't update my payment method till the phone gets through its shipping process. On top of that neither of the phones have insurance despite being over a $1000 each, and all devices on my plan clearly being insured. And I had to jump through hoops all morning before work to try and get this issue solved, to no avail. Sidenote: When I asked in the store why I was given more memory than what we had requested, she said it must've been the only one available in that color, and I was told that I could call customer service to fix this issue that I had not created, but that the female associate had created.
Now I have been on the phone with AT&T for over an hour trying to fix these issues. With no results. I will never go to this AT&T again, I will just drive to Tucson and hopes that their sales and performance are...
Read moreMy husband and I went there to upgrade our phones.The guy seemed really nice and helpful. After getting our 2 new phones, we were told it will only be $33 more a month. He bagged up our phones and put in some ear buds that he said, " Come free when you buy the new fold 5" We had a whole conversation about how awsome that was because we would NEVER buy expensive ear buds. My first bill had the $100 charge I knew that was going to happen but my second and third bill were $100 more then he said it would be. Come to find out, He added things to our account that we're NEVER discussed. The AT&T customer service said that it would be impossible to accidentally do that because they have to go in and manually check thoes boxes of the things they add. I am also being charged for the "FREE" ear buds which coast $100. The customer service couldn't take that off my bill, he said I had to talk to the store directly since it was their promotion.... I called the store, the young lady seemed so annoyed. She first told me they never had that promotion then she said I can return the head phones then she said it was a half off promotion and THEN she said it doesn't matter because they can't take the buds back or credit any money or take the charges off of my bill because only att customer service has that ability.I told her I'm going to try customer service again because I DID NOT AGREE TO BY EAR BUDS!! She said," good luck with that" and hung up.. Now I have no other option but to pay for these darn things and the fact that they are getting away with stuff like this (read peoples past comments) in order to get commission and there's NOTHING that can be done!...
Read moreI went to this store to get my account straightened out and the rep did, I had asked he could get me an earlier date for installation and he said he would it turned out I never did get the date, I took care of it.
When I got to the stars the guy never asked me my name or account information, clearly he does not like people and management clearly thinks that acceptable. I went to this location just the other day to get my information transferred over and to also have a screen protector put on that I purchased elsewhere. When I got back to get my phone the guy is not there told they were to the back, both employees. I waited 30-45 mins while one guy helped 5 6 customs, I left went outside called, sat outside the store for another 20 minutes before the other 2 employees returned with pizza, now why didn't the employee, just say that. While I was on the phone with AT&T I watch as employee and I believe the manager stand right in front of the door and smoking, put his cigarette out on the raill. When I went back in to ask about my phone the employee, said he didn't do it, it came that way, no it did not. This was a Zagg product, not cheap, but they wouldn't this guy has no respect for himself or the company, right down to the way he dresses with his pants half way down his butt, that's high schoolish, and rude no one wants to see that.
