Originally, 2 or so years ago I gave them a 5 star review. Im changing my review to a 1 and here is why.

I spend a lot of money every month ($160+) and I'm a loyal customer. Carmalized juice should be a rarity & beautiful golden colored juice should be the majority. Unfortunately, I am picking up a lot of FreeBase & salt that are NOT smokable.

Either juice is supposed to be a light color of gold & tad richer in colord depending on Nic mg. In NO situation should the juice look like reg syrup or dark maple syrup.

Juice has a born date. Research suggests the closest born date, better the juice. It Recommends using w/in 3 years, and every year the Juice breaks down. It says that it can still be used up to 5 years, but not recommended due to breakdown and taste. -- And all of this is up in the air based on storage & how they are transported. Juice cannot and should not be stored in a hot area or directly in the sun. This will carmalize the Juice and cause a breakdown pretty quickly.

Previous staff w/ KJ as Manager would check the carmelization of the juices. I requested 3 juice and waited a lot longer than I ever had. I would come in ever 2 weeks just to make sure they were on the list to order. I found out it wasn't a problem with distributors, the order sheet needed to be cleaned up. When they did come in (2 months) I seen them out on the floor instead of put off to the side (not a huge deal) I was so happy that they were finally here. I pay for 5 juices and get home. Open them this morning and 4 out of 5 look like molasses.

I called the new manager today and he he didnt have much to say, except you can smoke the juice for up to 5 years. I finally told him the seals aren't broken and I am going to bring them back next time I'm in town. I'm so disappointed.

When he wasn't sure about a product he didn't just stop there, he actually went above and found it out. I absolutely love Abbie and Bobby !!!! They are the sweetest and have such amazing customer service! Definitely recommend going when they are there and they will help you and take care of your needs!! I got very bad customer service from the so called asst manager Noah! Very rude and treated me horrible as a very often customer who shops daily or frequently and was told very rude and was made to feel bad for shopping at a store he works at and should be appreciative of all the customers and their business! But also he chooses who to treat with good customer service and who not too. Especially if your a so called manager their you should not ever even think to say and do the things he said and did to me like being disrespectful for buying a product they sell! as well as only asking for proof of ids and discount proofs of who he chooses ! Again thanks to Abbie and Bobby and her Amazing customer service and being professional and friendly I've went back after be in my talked to and disrespect3s by the asst manager. And also a big thank you to Kevin the main boss got reaching out and trying to fix the issue but again even after the boys had a talk with him he still also went ahead and didn't do something else I asked as a customer Noah told me he would put some products on hold for me and choose to purposely not do it and cause another issue for me as a customer I only recommend to go there for...

I created an account explicitly to create this review. I have just patroned the most amazing shop, let alone vapor retailer, in the entire city. I came in a mess: my batteries were backwards, my tank was leaking and burnt out, I didn't even know what I needed to get. I wish I could remember their names, because I'm going to be seeing a lot of them from now on. Ever since Sky Island Losers kicked me out over their lack of customer service, I've been looking for a new shop to support.
