STAY AWAY. Do not go to this place. My husband took his Xbox in over 2 months ago. They explained that the HDMI is are a little bit harder and it could take a little bit longer than normal because of the overheating this and that but how he is certain he can do it he has done multiple. A month later we give him a call ask him what's going on they told us they can absolutely do it they ordered the parts that they needed it was just going to be another week and then the product would be done. We waited two more weeks call them got the runaround again. Waited another week call them got another run around. Waited another week called them got told it would be done the next day. Waited a week and a half just to go in and be told Not only was the product not done. But now instead of being charged $120 to fix it they're going to charge $170. Yes they went into the contract that we signed with them scratched out what was typed by the computer and wrote in $170 with pen on the new contract. We asked what was going on with the Xbox with yet again we were told we're so sorry it'll be done tomorrow we messed up this and that blah blah blah. Well when tomorrow came in we went in to get it this time the guy just had a huge attitude wanted to be disrespectful and rude about how he has a million other things to do. It's been almost 3 months at this point. I could have sent it into the manufacturer and had this done for free and back by now. The only reason we went to this company was because they guaranteed it was going to be quick fast and professional. There's absolutely nothing quick, professional, or good about this place at all. We finally got my husband's Xbox back today. Guess what? It's still not fixed. Mention they gave us an extra controller that was someone else's. Along with the wrong HDMI cord, wrong chords for his xbox. So not only did they give us back an unfinished product, they gave us other people's property as well. Do not go to this place. They will jerk you around they will keep telling you your products going to be done but it will never be finished. If you're lucky enough to get a finished product it will be broken within the next week. I highly recommend just going to the manufacturer or somewhere out of town. And I'll be letting everyone I know know that as well.
PAY ATTENTION TO THE "GOOD" reviews. Theyre all for phones.. None on REAL electronics. This place is a scam. Id give no stars...

My console just sat for 8+ WEEKS in his shop..... for an hdmi port. They told me It would be done tomorrow 3 separate times. I showed up 3 separate times to have my console be incomplete. They then tried to raise the price on me from 120-170.
Today I finally got my xbox back. It's now been 9 weeks. Several "it will be done tomorrow"s..... I GET MY XBOX AND ITS STULL NOT FIXED....THEY NEVER STARTED. 9 WEEKS THEY KEPT MY PROPERTY AND NEVER EVEN STARTED.
I get home and I'm checking through my bag. They gave me the wrong cords and somebodies xbox controller....Dear God....if you're there, Just take me already.
The manufacturer could have repaired it and returned it 2x in this time frame.
For reference here's how long a complete restoration of a vehicle or its parts would take to be done.

Stay away. The brocolli headed Jerry curled punk running the shop is a PoS and will screw anyone anytime he can for a buck.
After reading the other reviews it's very obvious I'm not the only one this exact routine happens too. I don't know if there stealing information/data, I don't know if they are removing valuable hardware and replacing it with cheap hardware, i don't know if they're renting out our property to people or what. But something is wrong here.
Now I need to have my console inspected to see what they did with my stuff before I can get...

My parents who are in their 70s went into this place because the battery on their iPhone was quickly draining. They replaced the battery. Having the same issue, my parents went back in and were told that the battery was functioning properly.
The tech then told them it may be due to an update, and when he tried to connect to the WIFI in the store, found that there was a problem with both the WIFI and Bluetooth where the phone was constantly trying to connect, and this was what was draining the battery. Why wasn't this discovered before the battery was replaced? Why wasn't the original battery tested before a new one was put in?
The tech then told them that it was a hardware issue with their phone and there was nothing they could do.
With the news that my parents would need to purchase a new phone, they asked if the techs could transfer their data. To add insult to injury, my parents were then told they would be charged $40 to do so.
So, to sum it up, Fix My Device diagnosed the problem incorrectly, didn't test the original battery, replaced a battery that didn't need to be replaced, and then refused to refund the money for their mistake. They also kept the battery they took out of the phone which obviously was fully functional (which is theft).
It's amazing to me that a company like this can stay in business. I guess it's because they prey on people like my parents who are not technologically savvy....
